Refund Policies

At Maryann Yorkie Maltese Companion Co., we are committed to matching every Yorkie and Maltese puppy with a loving, responsible home. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our refund policies below before placing a deposit or purchasing a puppy.

Deposits

Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Deposits reserve a specific puppy or secure your place on our waiting list.

Transferable: If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from taking home the reserved puppy, your deposit may be transferred to a future litter within 12 months.

Amount: Standard deposit is $400, applied toward the final purchase price of your puppy.

Final Payments

The remaining balance is due in full before your puppy leaves our care (typically at 10 weeks of age).

Payments are accepted via PayPal, Zelle, check, money order, or cash.

Refunds After Purchase

Once a puppy has been taken home, all sales are final.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, personal circumstances, or inability to care for the puppy.

If for any reason you can no longer keep your Yorkie or Maltese puppy, we require that you contact us first. We will assist in rehoming, but no refund will be provided.

Health Guarantee & Replacement Puppy

In the rare event that a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a life-threatening congenital or genetic condition within the guarantee period, we will offer a replacement puppy of equal value when one becomes available.

Veterinary documentation is required.

Refunds are not issued, but we stand by our health guarantee with a replacement option.
